Registration payment, in US Dollars only (USD), is due upon submission of registration. The registration fee includes the Conference technical digest (in electronic download format), welcome reception, breaks, banquet, and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than November 23, 2018 and will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after that date. A $50.00 fee will be charged for all substitutions.
Additional Banquet Tickets
Your Conference registration includes a ticket to the Thursday Evening Kennedy Space Center Banquet (unless daily registrant) and additional tickets are available for guests. The following price includes dinner and transportation to and from the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort:

Conference Location & Hotel Accommodations
The 18th International Conference on Micro- and Nano-Technology for Power Generation and Energy Conversion Applications will be held at the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort. The cut-off date for the discounted room block is November 9, 2018. Any reservations made after November 9th are subject to availability of space and special group rate. Passports and Visa Information
All foreign visitors desiring to enter the United States must have a valid passport. Follow this link for Visa information. If, for some reason, your visa application is denied, your registration fees will be refunded to you in full when appropriate documentation is given.
