All foreign visitors desiring to enter Switzerland must have a valid passport. You may need to obtain a visa before coming to Switzerland.

Time needed to apply for your visa
Foreign participants should contact the Swiss visa offices in their home country as soon as possible to determine their particular visa requirements. As a rule, apply 3 months before travel and no later than 15 days before travel.

Conference Invitation Letter
If you need a letter confirming your participation in the MMB 2020 Conference, please complete the Visa Letter Request Form. You must register for the MMB 2020 Conference before the letter will be sent, with exception of confirmed speakers, authors, and advisors of an accepted paper.

If, for some reason, your visa application is denied, your registration fees will be refunded to you in full when appropriate documentation is given.
