Attendance for the Hilton Head 2018 Workshop is open to researchers from North, Central and South America. The Workshop is also open to all past attendees of any previous Hilton Head Workshop and previous year's attendance will be requested. Space is limited to 450 attendees and registration will close May 29, 2018. No on-site registrations will be accepted.

Registration will close on May 29, 2018 and no Onsite Registrations will be accepted. Registration payment, in US Dollars only, is due within 10 days of receipt of your registration. Registration is not valid or complete until payment is received unless other arrangements are made. The registration fee includes program material, electronic proceedings, welcome reception, Tuesday Conference Banquet, lunches, refreshment/coffee breaks, and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. A $50 fee will be charged for all substitutions. All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than May 25, 2018. No refunds will be made after this date.
Free Short Course
PERMANENT WAFER BONDING: FUNDAMENTALS AND APPLICATIONS

For those of you arriving early to Hilton Head, please take advantage of a complimentary short course in conjunction with Hilton Head 2018. In this course, the major wafer bonding processes will be reviewed from a perspective of the physical fundamentals, their respective strengths and weakness, and associated process variables which are critical for specific applications. Metrology for bonded substrates characterization as well as for process control will be covered. New registrants can sign up for this short course on the registration form.

Registration Receipt
Your registration receipt will be emailed as an attachment to the email confirming your registration once your payment has been processed.

The Hilton Head 2018 Workshop will be held once again at the Sonesta Resort on Hilton Head Island in South Carolina, USA. Located on the Island's convenient south end within a verdant, semi-tropical setting in Shipyard Plantation, the eleven-acre oceanfront haven is just a short drive from I-95 via Highway 278 and the Cross Island Parkway. It is five miles from the Hilton Head Airport and 48 miles from Savannah and Savannah International Airport. Charleston, South Carolina is 90 miles north.
