Crowne Plaza Resort To make your reservation, please call the Crowne Plaza Resort directly at 843-842-2400 and identify yourself as an attendee of the SSS Workshop (Solid-State Sensor, Actuator, and Microsystems Workshop), June 6-10, 2004. This will ensure that you receive the $161 (single/double) rate. The cut-off date for the reduced group rate of $161 is May 5, 2004. The room block is smaller than the number of workshop participants; hotel rooms will be assigned in the order that reservations are received by the hotel. Should you wish to extend your stay, the hotel offers the Workshop room rates for the preceding and following weekends, provided you make reservations by the deadline. All sleeping room rates are subject to a 11% sales and occupancy tax. Reservations made after the May 5th date will be confirmed subject to availability of space and non-group rates.
