The registration fees for the MMB 2011 Conference are as follows:

¹with advisor's name Registration payment demoninated in Swiss Francs (CHF), will be processed as US Dollars (USD), and is due upon submission of registration. The registration fee includes conference proceedings, welcome reception, breaks, lunches, banquet, and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than 22 April 2011, and will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after that date. A 50 CHF fee will be charged for all substitutions. Daily Registration Fees PLEASE NOTE: The Thursday Evening Conference Banquet IS NOT included in the price of a daily registration.

Additional Purchases Your conference registration includes a ticket to the Thursday Evening Conference Banquet (unless daily registrant). If you wish to purchase an additional banquet ticket, you may indicate this on your registration form. The prices for each are as follows:

Additional Guest Meal Ticket		225 CHF

(Includes Welcome reception, lunches and banquet)

Registration Receipt
A link to your registration receipt, along with a confirmation will be emailed to you once your payment has been received and processed. Please allow 5 business days.

Conference Location & Hotel Accommodations
The MMB 2011 Conference will be held at the Hotel Seeburg Lucerne. Please note that the Hotel Seeburg has limited number of rooms available, so other surrounding hotels can be found on the Hotel Page as well. To make your reservations, please visit the Hotel Page.

Transportation
Lucerne is situated on the main route running north to south and is connected with the Swiss railway network. Direct fast trains link Lucerne to the international airports in Zurich, Basel and Geneva. For international attendees, we have found it is best to fly into Zurich, approximately 65 km away, and take the approximately 1-hour train to Lucerne.

Passports and Visa Information
All foreign visitors desiring to enter the Switzerland must have a valid passport. Follow this link for Visa Information. If, for some reason, your visa application is denied, your registration fees will be refunded to you in full with proper documentation.
