Application & Registration Process

Attendance will be limited to 450 participants, with preference given to authors. The application and registration process for the Hilton Head 2010 Workshop is a two-phase process and more streamlined than in previous years.
  • Step 1: Previous Attendees will fill out a simple form indicating the last time they attended the Hilton Head Workshop. They will be notified within one business day of their acceptance. New Attendees will fill complete an application to attend. They will be notified within two business days of their acceptance.

  • Step 2: Once you receive notification that your application has been accepted, please visit the "Payment Process" page and login with your application number that you received via email and last name. You will then be directed to the payment form. Please note that at this time you can indicate how many and the names of the guests that you are bringing with you, as well as any extra technical digests that you wish to order.

The Registration Fee includes program material, (1) CD ROM Proceedings, welcome reception, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, luncheons, banquet and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. All requests for cancellations are to be made in writing and are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds will be processed for cancellations made after May 28, 2010. The application process will remain open until May 28, 2010.

For the first time, we are offering the option to purchase the printed technical digest separately from the registration prices listed above.

Guest meal tickets are available for purchase and valid for the spousal continental breakfasts, lunches, welcome reception and banquet.

The Hilton Head 2010 Workshop will be held once again at the Crowne Plaza Resort on Hilton Head Island in South Carolina, USA. Located on the Island's convenient south end within a verdant, semi-tropical setting in Shipyard Plantation, the eleven-acre oceanfront haven is just a short drive from I-95 via Highway 278 and the Cross Island Parkway. It is five miles from the Hilton Head Airport and 48 miles from Savannah and Savannah International Airport. Charleston, South Carolina is 90 miles north.
