These non-commissioned rates are subject to a room tax, presently at 11% plus $4.00 Resort Fee.
Standard Room Rate: $170.00 (single/double occupancy)
Reservation
Reservations can be made by one of the following methods:
Call the Crowne Plaza Resort directly at the numbers listed above and identify yourself as a Solid State Sensor & Actuator Attendee;
The cut-off date for the reduced group rate of $170.00 plus $4.00 resort fee is April 30, 2008. The room block is smaller than the number of workshop participants; hotel rooms will be assigned in the order that the hotel receives the reservations. Should you wish to extend your stay, the hotel offers the Workshop room rates for the preceding and following weekends, provided you make reservations by the deadline.
All sleeping room rates are subject to an 11% sales and occupancy tax. Reservations made after the April 30th date will be confirmed subject to availability of space and non-group rates. A credit card is required to guarantee all reservations with a one-night advance deposit due at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled prior to 72 hours before arrival, after which time, this deposit in non-refundable.
