Application & Registration Process

Attendance is limited to 450 persons, with preference given to authors. Attendance is limited to current residents of North, South and Central America. An application is required from all prospective participants, including authors.

The application and registration process for the Hilton Head 2006 Workshop is a two-step process. First, please fill out the application form. Within 8 days of applying and once your application form had been processed and reviewed, a notice of your application status will be confirmed to you by email. At that time, accepted applications will also receive a registration form to complete. Once this registration form and payment have been received, you will receive a confirmation letter and receipt of payment via email. Please note the cut-off dates below as the registration fees will increase, so please fax or mail your registration payment to ensure the lower rate.

The registration fees for the Hilton Head 2006 Workshop are as follows:

The fee includes program material, (1) technical digest and CD ROM, welcome reception, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, luncheons, banquet and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. All requests for cancellations are to be made in writing and are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds will be processed for cancellations made after May 24, 2006. The application process will remain open until June 2, 2006.

The Hilton Head 2006 Workshop will be held at the Crowne Plaza Resort on Hilton Head Island in South Carolina, USA. Located on the Island's convenient south end within a verdant, semi-tropical setting in Shipyard Plantation, the eleven-acre oceanfront haven is just a short drive from I-95 via Highway 278 and the Cross Island Parkway. It is five miles from the Hilton Head Airport and 48 miles from Savannah and Savannah International Airport. Charleston, South Carolina is 90 miles north.
